"Bwydlen" (menu/food list) mutates to "fwydlen" after the definite article "y." The mutation softens "b" to "f" (a "v" sound). Many restaurants in Wales provide bilingual menus.
"Blasus" mutates to "flasus" after "yn." This compliment will delight any Welsh chef or cafe owner. "Blasus iawn" (very delicious) is even better if the food warrants it.
