Zahod is the standard word for toilet. WC is also commonly understood everywhere.
Remember: lijevo is left, desno is right. Lj sounds like "ly" in million.
Pair with ravno for straight ahead. These three words will get you through most directions.
Ravno means straight. Pravo can also be used in the same sense.
Point down or around you as you say it to make it clear.
The bus station, autobusni kolodvor, is usually more useful: buses cover far more of Croatia than trains.
Literally "air harbor".
Kartu is the accusative form of karta, meaning ticket. Works for trains, buses and trams.
