The polite "vi" form. Follow with the item you need. Works in any shop or market.
"Kje" (where) is one of the most useful question words. Point or mime if needed.
Most shops close on Sundays.
Plastic bags cost extra in Slovenian supermarkets. The cashier may ask this automatically.
Literally "can ...?": "lahko sedem tukaj?", can I sit here?
