"Miza" (table) takes the accusative form "mizo" here. Restaurants in Slovenia rarely require advance booking.
Many restaurants also offer an English menu. Asking for "jedilnik" in Slovenian is a warm gesture.
A woman says "alergična".
A genuine compliment to a chef or host. The "č" sounds like "ch" in "church."
The universal Slovenian toast. Make eye contact when clinking glasses, as is local custom.
