Адам is person, стол is table. In Bishkek, restaurants book ahead; plov shops seat freely.
Менюну uses the accusative. Staff will offer Cyrillic or Latin menu; Kyrgyz is least common.
Beshbarmak, boiled meat over noodles, is the national dish.
Trout from Issyk-Kul lake.
Literally "it turns out tasty".
Literally: for health. The standard Kyrgyz toast at any table. Kyrgyz toasting is a small speech culture: the host or eldest toasts first and each round gets a few warm words, so do not just clink silently.
