All 10 Bulgarian phrases in this lesson

Едноed-NO
One

The neuter counting form, used when just counting or pointing. Before feminine nouns like бира it becomes една, before masculine ones един.

Двеdveh
Two

Две for feminine and neuter nouns, два for masculine. If that is too much to hold onto, две plus fingers always works.

Триtree
Three

Same for all genders, mercifully. So are all numbers from three up.

ЧетириCHEH-ti-ri
Four
Петpet
Five
Шестshest
Six
СедемSEH-dem
Seven
ОсемO-sem
Eight
ДеветDEH-vet
Nine
ДесетDEH-set
Ten

Teens and tens build on this: двадесет (twenty), тридесет (thirty). In fast speech twenty sounds like "DVAY-set".
