For one person: за един (za eh-DIN). For three: за трима (za TREE-ma). In most casual places you just seat yourself, this is for busier restaurants.
Tourist-area restaurants have English menus, ask for "меню на английски". Elsewhere the pointing phrase from lesson two is your friend.
"Не ям месо" (neh yam meh-SO), I don't eat meat.
A woman says "алергична" (a-ler-GHEECH-na).
Grilled кебапче (ke-BAP-che) and кюфте (kyuf-TEH) are the default bar food.
Literally "chicken meat", the word on menus.
On the Black Sea coast, ask for the catch of the day.
