Four ways to know the world
Every game here is built from these four. Mix them or take one at a time, and each has a page of its own if you would rather practice than race.
Flags
A flag comes up with a locator map beside it, and you pick the country from four. All 200 are in the set, not just the ones everybody knows.
Practice flags โMaps
Worldly names a country and you find it on a real world map before the clock runs out. Naming one is easy; placing it is the part that catches people out.
Practice maps โFacts
Ten topics per country, from history and food to wildlife and sport. Every answer opens the Wikipedia summary behind it, so a wrong guess still teaches you something.
Practice facts โWords
Hello, thank you, and the phrases you actually reach for, in any of 107 languages. Each one carries phonetics you can read out loud.
Practice words โSettle it on the same questions
A duel is not two people taking turns at a quiz. It is one question set, dealt by the server, running on one clock for everybody in the room.
Build the game
One round or all four mixed. Any region, any language, ten questions or forty.
Send the code
Opening a room gives you a short code. Anyone you send it to can join, with or without an account.
Race the clock
Everyone gets the same questions in the same order on the same timer, and the scores move as you answer.
Every game you play, on the record
Playing works without an account. An account is what banks the XP, keeps the streak running, remembers who you have beaten, and lets a friend challenge you by name instead of by code.
