Short and direct. "Сега" in a cafe context means right away. Macedonian service culture values a relaxed pace, so "сега" from a waiter may still mean a few minutes.
A flexible word that covers anything from ten minutes to several hours. In a relaxed social context this is perfectly acceptable. For precision, add a time: "Во пет часот" (at five o'clock).
Used constantly in scheduling and casual conversation. "Денес нема" means "we don't have it today," which you may hear at a market stall or restaurant.
Note that "утро" is morning and "утре" is tomorrow: similar but different. The stress and final vowel distinguish them. Context usually makes the meaning clear.
Literally "just a moment".
The form after a number: два часа (dva CHA-sa), two hours.
