A request for a table for two. Kahdelle means for two. In pöytä, ö and y are both rounded vowels; avoid adding an English r sound.
Ruokalista means food list. Many cafes in Finland display menus on a board at the counter rather than bringing one to your table.
En syö lihaa, I don't eat meat.
The food takes -lle: olen allerginen pähkinöille, I'm allergic to nuts.
Salmon soup, lohikeitto, is the classic lunch.
A compliment about food you are eating. Herkullista means delicious in this sentence. You can also say hyvää (good) or tosi hyvää (really good).
A short toast when raising a glass. The double pp has a brief held closure before the second syllable.
