Brazilian states

Twenty-seven states, from Roraima on the Venezuelan border to Rio Grande do Sul on the Uruguayan one, and every one is written. Five of them are larger than any country in Europe and the smallest is smaller than Wales, which is most of what there is to know about how unevenly this country is filled.
