This adapted boundary database is available under ODbL 1.0 in public/paris-districts.geojson and src/lib/cities/paris-districts.json. Descriptions and sight selection are Worldly's work. The learning map includes both woods but excludes the wider metropolitan area. It is not a navigation map or legal boundary record. Rebuild: python3 scripts/build-paris-districts.py Sight pins are WGS84 longitude/latitude and checked against their declared arrondissement. The Arc de Triomphe pin marks its eastern approach within the 8th, rather than the center at the meeting of three districts. Canal Saint-Martin is pinned near the Récollets footbridge, and the Coulée verte at its western elevated section. These are starting points for linear places, not their full extent. Photographs Thirteen distinct Wikimedia Commons images illustrate the guide. Each links to the original file page and credits its author and license. Exact imageinfo thumbnail URLs and metadata are preserved in src/lib/cities/paris-photos.json. The Arc de Triomphe file's metadata describes the architects as the artists and the monument as public domain. Its file page separately identifies the photo as Alexandre Prévot, CC BY-SA 2.0; the guide credits that photograph correctly. The Notre-Dame photograph predates the fire and is captioned accordingly. Explicit Wikipedia article identifiers accompany each map place and lesson question for Worldly's further-reading cards. The authored prose is original.
