Processing: Xicheng's two farm exclaves inside Tianjin were omitted. The
Capital Airport exclave, listed in both Chaoyang and Shunyi, is drawn with
Chaoyang and cut from Shunyi. The Yizhuang area listed in both Daxing and
Tongzhou is drawn with Daxing, and a sliver shared by Changping and Chaoyang
is drawn with Chaoyang. Borders were noded together and simplified as one
coverage with a tolerance of 0.0004 degrees (scripts/build-beijing-districts.py).
IDs are the GB/T 2260 division codes of each district.
